In this task I am going to make a job advert for my business (A's Fashion Clothing) this will include the job description and the person specification of Sales Assistant/Cashier

A’s Fashion Clothing is looking for someone who can work in retail as a full time (40 hours a week) or casual £6.10 per hour as a Sales Assistant/Cashier. Working hour is flexible to suit you; we are open 24/7 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.

If you get through our interview, we will call you for your trial training shift to see the way you work and get the chance to gain new experience working with us and maybe after few days we will call you back or send you an e-mail to discuss if you get the job or not. Therefore, the decision is still yours.

Job description:

The purpose of working with us is to provide the highest standards of customer service at all times, this will help us to ensure that we always do the right things to provide what customer’s wants, needs and expectations from us. The main responsibilities and duties for this role will include, help customers in a polite and friendly manner, ensure the clothes are well displayed (an organised shop is a happy shop) and keep the shop floor clean and tidy. Other duties will include cashiering, handling payments and arrange orders and deliveries.

Person Specification:

Qualification	Finished/still studying business in College or University.	Finished Secondary School with at least Grade C in English and Maths.
Skills and Abilities	Punctual. Hard working. Helpful. Polite and friendly.	Fluent English speaking with good communication skills. Has got good ICT and numeracy skills. Can work as a team. Organised and attention to details.
Experience	Previously worked as a sales assistant/cashier before.
